1. Introduction
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Isotope Skateboarding LLC (“ReVrt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).
By joining or participating in the ReVrt Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to participate. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Relationship
This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. You act solely as an independent contractor.
4. Affiliate Links & Promotion Codes
Affiliates may be provided with unique referral links and/or promotion codes. You agree to use these materials responsibly and only in lawful, ethical, and transparent ways.
4.1. Prohibited Activities
- False, misleading, or deceptive claims about ReVrt
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, or automated promotion
- Misrepresentation of your relationship with ReVrt
- Use of paid ads bidding on ReVrt brand terms without permission
- Self-referrals or attempts to game the system
5. Commission Structure
Affiliate commissions are based on qualifying paid conversions and are subject to the rules below:
- Monthly Plan: $2.00 USD one-time bounty, payable only after the customer completes their second successful monthly payment.
- Yearly Plan: 25% of the purchase price (excluding taxes and fees), paid one time after the applicable refund period.
- Lifetime Plan: 20% of the purchase price (excluding taxes and fees), paid one time after the applicable refund period.
Monthly plans do not include recurring commissions beyond the initial bounty. Commissions are paid only for genuine, qualified users.
6. Qualification & Payment Timing
Commissions are considered “earned” only after the applicable qualification conditions are met:
- Monthly plans must remain active through two successful billing cycles
- Yearly and lifetime plans must pass the refund or chargeback window
Payments may be delayed, withheld, or reversed in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations.
7. Payments
Affiliate payouts are processed periodically and may require a minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with any tax obligations.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, unpaid commissions that have not yet qualified may be forfeited.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement, commission structure, or Program rules at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReVrt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Isotope Skateboarding LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
